1. What is WallPen?
WallPen is a direct printing service for walls and other flat surfaces using specialized vertical printers. Instead of wallpapers and stickers, the design is printed directly onto the surface.
2. On which surfaces do you print?
We can print on walls, concrete, glass, plaster, wood, tiles, and similar flat and stable surfaces.
3. Can I choose my own design?
Of course! You can send us your own design or choose from our collection of motifs. We also offer design support if you don’t have a specific idea in mind.

4. How does the printing process look like?
First, we agree on the design and assess the surface. Then we come to the site and the printer prints the design directly onto the wall, without any additional films or layers.
5. How long does printing take on one wall?
On average, printing takes between 1 and 3 hours, depending on the size and complexity of the design.
6. Does the wall have to be perfectly flat?
No, it doesn’t have to be perfectly flat, but it should be smooth, dry, and clean enough. Minor irregularities are not a problem.
7. Does the printing spray on the wall or is it done without mess?
The printing is precise and clean. There is no paint dripping, no mess, and the space remains tidy during and after the work.
8. Can I print over existing paint on the wall?
Yes, as long as the surface is stable and not coated with a very glossy or slippery layer (like fresh varnish).
9. Can printing be done on the ceiling as well?
Currently, we only print on vertical surfaces — walls and similar substrates.

10. How far in advance should I book an appointment?
Ideally, book at least 5–7 days in advance, but depending on our schedule, sometimes we can accommodate sooner.
11. Can I be present during the printing process?
Of course, you can be present during the printing, although it is not necessary. The process is quiet and odorless.
12. How many days does the entire project take?
In most cases, everything is completed in one day – including setup, printing, and cleaning.
💰 Prices and Billing
13. How is the price determined?
The price depends on the print area (per m²), design complexity, and location distance (per km).
14. How much does printing cost per m²?

15. Why is the price charged per kilometer?
The price per kilometer covers the transportation of equipment and the team to your location, including logistics and on-site preparation.
16. Do you offer discounts for larger surfaces?
Yes, for projects over a certain surface area, we offer discounts or fixed package prices.

17. Can the print be removed?
No. The print is permanent, but it can be painted over with regular paint whenever you want a change.
18. What kind of paints are used?
We use UV-resistant, eco-friendly paints that are odorless and dry quickly.
19. Is the print durable in sunlight?
Yes, the colors are UV resistant and do not fade easily, even in spaces with a lot of natural light.
20. Can the print be cleaned?
Yes, the print can be wiped with a dry or slightly damp cloth – harsh cleaning agents are not recommended.
21. What if the wall has damages?
Minor damages can be covered by the print, but we recommend repairing the wall beforehand for the best result.

Of course! We also handle corporate space branding, including logos, slogans, and promotional designs.

By arrangement, it is possible to organize printing outside of standard working hours.
